Due to the fact that our inventory is constantly changing with daily orders, updating inventory status is sometimes delayed. We do our best to update inventory information in real time, but please understand that some products may be sold out before you place your order. What is your return policy?
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact JAK customer service immediately to initiate a claim.
Returns are normally accepted within 365 days （30、60、90、180 days for special parts） of the shipping date, and all must be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, part picture, and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return.
At the time of quoting or the time of purchase, a product may say that it is Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR). These products are not returnable.
If you return the merchandise,it is important to keep the returned merchandise in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Any charges from customs and other fees should be paid by customers if the return reason is the customer's reason, such as buying parts mistakenly,etc,we will not accept COD shipments. Please contact our Client Support Team to initiate the return.
Shipment and delivery
What is your delivery time?
JAK Electronics ships order once a day at about 5 pm(UTC/GMT 08:00). except Saturday and Sunday. Regarding in stock parts, orders can generally be ready to ship within 1 day. JAK Electronics customers can select from a range of delivery options, estimated delivery time and cost are based on the method you choose.
What shipping options do you offer? What are the shipping costs?
JAK offers competitive shipping options through top carriers FEDEX, DHL and UPS. Note: At present, only FEDEX logistics channel is available in the following European countries (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain). The DHL option is only available if the weight exceeds 5KG. Shipping starts at $40, but some countries will exceed $40. For example (South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel, etc.)
The basic freight (for package ≤1kg or corresponding volume) depends on the time zone and country.
Shipping cost is based on size, weight, destination of the package. We do not cover shipping or freight charges, insurance, or customs duty at the destination. Our charges only cover the cost of package transportation. Please contact your country's customs office for a more accurate estimate of possible costs.
