The 1N5817, 1N5818, and 1N5819 are a family of low-drop 1 A Schottky rectifier diodes.
The 1N5817, 1N5818, and 1N5819 are a family of low-drop 1 A Schottky rectifier diodes. The 1N5818 is known as a hot-carrier diode that is employed for extremely fast switching applications. Packaged in DO-41, the 1N5818 is intended for use in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection, and small battery chargers.
