2N4403 Switching Time Equivalent Test Circuit

The 2N4403 can be used in many general-purpose applications. For example, it can be used to switch relays and different types of LEDs, to control MOSFET and other high power transistors in an electronic circuit, and to control ICs or circuits under 600mA load.
