2SA1302 is a silicon PNP epitaxial Type (PCT Process) for general purpose switching and amplifier applications. The first pin of the 2SA1302 transistor is known as the base, the second is the collector and the third one is its emitter.
The 2SA1302 is primarily intended for use in power amplifiers, but it can also be used to build audio power amplifiers up to 100 watts. However, the 2SC3281 can also be utilized as a switch because it can drive high ampere loads of up to -15A.
