What is 2SD313?

The 2SD313   transistor is a general-purpose transistor that can be utilized for a wide range of amplification and switching applications. It has a 15W to 25W output when used as an amplifier. It can also be used as a separate amplifier for driving a speaker at the output. When used as a switch.  it can drive loads of up to 3A, allowing it to power a wide range of relays, motors, LEDs, bulbs, high-power transistors, and other circuit components. The transistor also has a low saturation value of only 1.0V, making it excellent for scenarios in which the user needs to control the transistor with a lower voltage than usual. To drive a 2A load, the transistor requires 200mA.
