The 74HC86 is a four-channel 2-input exclusive OR gate. Input includes clamp diode. This makes it possible to use a current limiting resistor to connect the input to the voltage VCC is excessive. It provides four independent 2-input Exclusive OR gate with standard push-pull output. This device is designed for Operates within the power supply range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
