Overview of ATTINY84A-PU

Low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers based on the AVR improved RISC architecture, the ATTINY84A-PU. The ATTINY84A-PU delivers throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz by executing strong instructions in a single clock cycle, allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing performance.

Atmel's high-density non-volatile memory technology is used to make the gadget. The on-chip ISP Flash enables in-system reprogramming of the Program memory using an SPI serial port, a standard non-volatile memory programmer, or an on-chip boot code running on the AVR core.

C Compilers, Macro Assemblers, Program Debugger/Simulators, and Evaluation Kits are all available for use with the ATTINY84A-PU AVR.
