BC327 Description

The BC327 is a general-purpose PNP BJP transistor that is commonly used for switching and amplification purposes. The BC327 can drive load under 800mA and is capable of handling load voltage under 45V. The BC327 also features 625mW collector dissipation and DC current gain of a maximum of 630, therefore it can be used as an audio amplifier or in any signal amplification application.

The BC327 is manufactured in different hFE classifications and can be differentiated with the code number written after the transistor number. If you find code -16 after the transistor number, the hFE will be 100~250, if the code is -25 then the hFE will be 160~400 and if the code is -40 then the hFE will be 250~630.
