BC338 Description

The BC338 is an NPN bipolar transistor in the TO-92 package. Its max collector current is 800mA hence it can drive a variety of loads in electronic circuits. Its collector-emitter voltage is 30V therefore is can easily drive loads from 12V to 24V. Apart from that, with a max collector dissipation of 0.625 mW and a max current gain of 630, the BC338 can perform well in audio frequency-related applications. The max transition frequency (fT) of the BC338 transistor is 200 MHz therefore it can perform smoothly under the 200 MHz frequency band region.
