EN2342QI DC-DC Converter, 4.5V to14V Step-down, 68-pin and Switching Regulators

The EN2342QI  is a DC-DC converter with a Power System on a Chip  (PowerSoC). A sophisticated 8x11x3mm QFN module, it includes MOSFET switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation, and an integrated inductor. It has a high-efficiency rating, as well as efficient line and load regulation across a wide temperature range and up to a 4A load range.

The EN2342QI  is designed to meet the exact voltage and fast transient requirements of high-performance products and operates over a wide input voltage range. The EN2342 QI  has external clock frequency synchronization; a power  OK output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start, and thermal and over current protection. High-quality, ultra-compact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion is provided by the device's superior circuit design, ultra-high switching frequency, and proprietary integrated inductor technology.
