FQP30N06L Description

The FQP30N06L is an N-Channel enhancement mode logic-level MOSFET, meaning it can turn ON fully by using the logic level(3.3V OR 5V) of a microcontroller. The FQP30N06L is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This advanced technology has been specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode.
