6W+6W stereo amplifier using a LA4440 IC

The 6W+6W stereo amplifier's circuit diagram is depicted in Fig. 2. The LA4440 (IC1), two loudspeakers (LS1 and LS2), and a few additional components make up the system.

The +12V power supply is connected to pin 11 of IC1. As a filter, the electrolytic capacitor C12 (1000F/35V) is connected between +12V and the ground.

Through electrolytic capacitor C8 (220F/35V), the left speaker (LS1) is linked to pin 10 of IC1. Through electrolytic capacitor C9 (220F/25V), the right speaker (LS2) is connected to pin 12.

The audio input signal is connected via a 3-pin connector (CON2). Capacitor C1 (4.7F/35V) connects the left channel audio input to pin 6 of IC1, while capacitor C2 (4.7F/35V) connects the right channel audio input to pin 2 of IC1.

19W Bridge Amplifier Circuit Using a LA4440 IC

The output power of the IC LA4440 in Bridge mode in the circuit is 19 watts. Use 4–8 speakers in bridge mode. Use two copies of the amplifier circuit below in bridge mode if you want stereo output (19w+19w). R3&R4 are resistors that are used to control the voltage gain and make the input signal for the inverting amplifier.
