LM2775DSGR Description

The LM2775DSGR is a low-noise switched-capacitor doubler with a regulated output voltage. Over a 3.1-V to 5.5-V input range, the LM2775DSGR can produce up to 200 mA of output current, including up to 125 mA when the input voltage is as low as 2.7 V. The LM2775DSGR can minimize its quiescent current by running in a pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at low output currents. The PFM pin can be driven high or low to enable or disable PFM mode. Additionally, when the LM2775 is in shutdown mode, the user can set the OUTDIS pin high or low to have the output voltage drawn to GND or left in a high impedance state.

The LM2775DSGR is housed in TI's 8-pin WSON package, which has good thermal qualities and prevents the part from overheating under nearly all of its rated operating settings.
