LT1085 Description

The LT1085 is a positive adjustable Low Dropout Linear voltage regulator that has greater efficiency than currently available devices and can produce an output current of 3A. The input voltage ranges from 2.55V to 30V, and the output voltage can be adjusted. The LT1085  is offered in three different packages: TO-220, DD, and 3-Lead Plastic TO-220.

How to Use LT1085 Regulator

The LT1085 voltage regulator is simple to use because it only requires a few external components. The pin configuration of LT1085  is identical to that of AZ1084. This LT1085  is in adjustable mode, as shown in the image below, and you can alter the regulated output voltage by changing the value of the resistor connected to the ADJ  pin.
