What is MIC2026?

The MIC2026  is a high-side MOSFET switch designed for power distribution with circuit protection. Internally, the MIC202 is currently limited and has a thermal shutdown to safeguard the device and load. In fault modes, the MIC2076 features a "smart" thermal shutdown, which decreases current consumption. The output is locked off when a thermal shutdown fault occurs until the defective load is removed. The MIC2026  is available in 8-pin SOIC.
