The REF02 is a precision voltage reference provides stable 5.0 V output with minimal changes respond to changes in power supply voltage and ambient temperature or load conditions. These devices use 8-pin SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP and TO-99 packages, and 20-terminal LCC Package (only 883) to further improve the usability of the device Standard and high stress applications. Through an external buffer and a simple resistor network, TEMP terminals can be used for temperature sensing and approximate. A TRIM terminal is also provided A device for fine-tuning the output voltage. Small footprint, wide supply range and wide application Versatility makes REF02 reference very suitable for general purpose and space-constrained applications. Newer designs should use ADR01/ADR02/ADR03/ADR06 Series benchmarks provide higher accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range while maintaining full pin-to-pin compatibility with REF01/REF02/REF03 series.
