SP0503BAHT Description

SP0503BAHT is a  Surface Mount  TVS Avalanche Diode Array.  ESD  and other transient overvoltage occurrences are suppressed by the surface mount family of arrays. The International Electrotechnical Compatibility  (IEC transient immunity standards IEC 61000-4-2  for Electrostatic Discharge Requirements) is met with these arrays. On data, signal, or control lines with voltage levels up to 5VDC, the series is used to help protect sensitive digital or analog input circuitry.

The monolithic silicon arrays are made up of structures that are specifically designed to suppress transient voltages (TVS). These structures have been designed with transitory protection in mind.

For high-speed signal line protection, the low capacitance and clamp voltage are excellent.
