Overview of SS16

The SS16  includes general-purpose Schottky rectifiers with excellent efficiency and minimal power loss. High thermal performance and low electrical resistance are provided by the clip bonded leg structure. Freewheeling, secondary rectification and reverse polarity protection are all possible with these rectifiers.
