SS34 Description

SS34 is a surface mount high power Schottky Diode with a low voltage drop of 0.5V and a high forward current of 3A. This diode has high efficiency and high surge current capability of 100A. It is suited for freewheeling, DC/DC converter and reverse polarity protection applications.
