The TDA2003V is a 10W Car Radio Audio Amplifier. It has improved performance with the same pin configuration as the TDA 2002 and provides a high output current capability (up to 3.5A) very low harmonic and cross-over distortion.

The TDA2003V is a general-purpose 10W amplifier that can be used in stereo or mono audio design circuits. It is also breadboard friendly and hence can be easily tested using a breadboard. An application circuit for TDA2003V is given below.

TDA2003V can also handle short circuits in both AC and DC rail without killing themselves. And, completely safe operation is guaranteed due to protection against DC and AC short circuits between all pins and ground, thermal over-range, load dump voltage surge up to 40V and fortuitous open ground.
