TDA7297 is a class AB two-channel audio amplifier. It comes in a compact 15-pin package and can operate in voltages from 6V to 18V, making it suitable for use in consumer electronics such as televisions, radios, and home theatres. Audio amplifier circuits can also be made using simple operational amplifiers, but if you need a higher volume, loud enough for the room, then this power audio amplifier is the best choice. This IC provides up to 30W (15+15) output, so you can run two 15W 4-ω speakers for stereo audio quality.
TDA7297 is a popular and easy to use audio amplifier IC. The IC is a dual-bridge amplifier, which means it requires left and right audio inputs to provide stereo output. The output is also divided into channels 1 and 2, each capable of driving 15W speakers. Each channel also has an inverting and in-phase output for connecting the positive and negative terminals of the speaker. A typical application is shown below.
