The TIP127 is a PNP BJT darlington transistor manufactured in planar technology with "base island" layout and monolithic Darlington configuration. The TIP127 shows exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. It can be used in a variety of general purpose applications where you have need for high gain.
