With 100Watt RMS power output at 8Ohm impedance and 150Watt RMS power output at 4Ohm impedance, the Power Amplifier is extremely powerful. The 200Watt 8Ohm power amplifier circuit can elevate 12Inch speakers, which are utilized for mid, midbass, and subwoofer.

TIP142 TIP147 power amplifier circuit
TIP142 / TIP147 was utilized as the final transistor in the circuit above, and the transistor datasheet can be found at the datasheet file-base. The transistor has a stronger reinforcement due to its NPN / PNP Darlington architecture. I used the BC556AP PNP transistor and the TIP41 NPN transistor in the buffer and driver circuit. It is advised to install the cooler with the final transistor when installing the driver transistor (TIP41), and this is also true for the Thermo switch.
