The TPS4H160BQPWPRQ1 is a smart high-side switch with an integrated charge pump and quad-channel NMOS power FETs. Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features allow for intelligent load control. The configurable current-limit function considerably improves the overall system reliability. The device comes in two flavors, each with its own set of diagnostics: open-drain digital output and current-sense analog output.
