The TPS72325DBVR is a negative linear voltage regulator with a low dropout and a rated current of 200 mA. It is available with trimmed output voltages ranging from –1.5 V to –5.2 V, as well as an adjustable regulator ranging from –1.2 V to –10 V. It has a low noise floor and a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), making it appropriate for high-sensitivity analog and RF applications. A shutdown option is available, limiting ground current to a maximum of 2 A regardless of temperature or process.
