TSAL6100 Description

The TSAL6100 is a 2-pin high power Infrared Emitting Diode with high radiant power in GaAlAs multi-quantum well (MQW) technology. It has a good spectral match with Si photodetectors, a 10° angle of half intensity, and a peak wavelength of 940nm. It is suitable for use in high-power infrared remote control units, free air transmission systems, infrared sources for optical counters and card readers, and IR sources for smoke detectors.
